Shipping & Receiving As with most businesses, shipping and receiving is the central junction on the MPTD highway. All of the raw materials necessary for production are ordered into the business and brought into receiving. Tools for machines, components for assemblies, and other raw materials are checked in through receiving and then sent into production or are checked into inventory for later processing. Once components complete the production cycle and pass quality inspection, they are prepared for shipment. All items are packaged using the highest quality packing materials, such as bubble wrap, packing foam, and packing peanuts, to ensure the products packed inside are secure and arrive safely. Deliveries are made through reputable service providers like UPS and FedEx. When larger shipments are necessary, freight trucking is also used. Shipping Providers
