| | We pride ourselves in being technologically advanced and in
having the best equipment and machinery available. We're not only highly
trained machinists but also innovators, utilizing creativity and inventive thinking to ensure the customer receives the product and service
they expect.
Among the services we provide our customers are:
- High tolerance tooling & machining, automated
equipment, & dies
- Prototyping
- Production machining
- Carbide grinding with diamond wheels
We also offer heat treating, passivation, and PCD
application. You can find out more about those services on our Support/Services
page.
The areas below offer a brief introduction to our machining
areas, the machines and equipment, and some of their capabilities. If you
have additional questions or comments after reading through the material, please
feel free to contact us.
- EDM (CNC Wire & CNC Conventional)
-
EDM refers to Electrical discharge machining, a machining
process used mainly for producing dies, molds and certain metal
parts. Our EDM machining area is rapidly expanding. Take a
look at our equipment and capabilities. It's amazing!
- Grinding (Flat & Form)
-
One of the larger areas in the machine shop is the grinding
area. Filled with manual and CNC, flat and form grinders,
they're well equipped to handle just about any job that's thrown at
them. Check it out.
- Jig Grinding
-
The jig grinding area is a small, out of the way room in the
heart of the facility. Rumor has it, it was designed to keep
them out of trouble. The contractor swears it just worked out
that way in the design. No matter where they're located, this
hard working group is extremely skilled in achieving impossible
tolerances. Take a look around their work area.
- Multi-Axis Machining
-
Multi-axis machining puts us at the fore-front of high
technology tooling. Utilizing 4th and 5th axis technology, we
are at the pinnacle of high efficiency, multi-run production.
This is one area you have to see to believe.
- Lathe
-
The lathe area is a busy and booming area of the production
facility. Much like the VMC area, new equipment is making
intricate and elaborate components commonplace. What makes a
person wonder though, is it the equipment or the skill of the
machinists that make it look so easy?
- VMC
-
The vertical machining area is gaining in new and updated
equipment and allowing for more precise and complicated production
runs. The variety of equipment allows for variations in
production from high volume production runs to single-run, minutely
intricate components and prototypes.
